Gratituesday: A weekend away

Justin's cousin got married in the beautiful mountains of Virginia, at The Homestead. I was very thankful that my Mom was available to have Mira for that weekend, so we could go and enjoy ourselves! We had the most wonderful time. It had been way too long since we last enjoyed being together, just the two of us, and had that much fun!

The most beautiful location, for a beautiful couple to pledge their love to one another. Weddings always give me a renewed outlook on my relationships, both with my Husband and my friends and family. We were so thankful that we were able to be apart of this celebration! May God bless this marriage and give Rebecca and Scott many happy years together and many children to fill their home with love and laughter!

I find the weddings of others to be a huge blessing to my own. I love listening to their vows and reflecting on the ones hubby and I took 15 years ago. And weekends away without little ones are pretty nice too!
